10 Healthiest Cities in Michigan

1. Farmington Hills

Farmington Hills is an upscale suburb of Metropolitan Detroit; it’s close enough for an easy commute without the traffic congestion. Walking trails are abundant – including one that winds through the 74-acre Woodland Hills Nature Park. Quiet observers may spot birds nesting or wildlife scampering around their habitat, searching for their next meal. A popular family destination is Heritage Park, where you can explore Farmington Hills Nature Center. Kids can sprint through the splash pad and make new friends in the playground. 2. Troy

6. Novi

The origin of its name remains a mystery, but one thing everyone agrees on is that the city was previously called West Farmington. Certified instructors will guide you into a wind tunnel that will give you a floating sensation.

7. West Bloomfield
