Come down to Douglas, the most affordable city in Arizona! Douglas is a small community located along the U.S.-Mexico border. Visitors and residents alike will enjoy the local art museum, golf course, and parks.

2. Bullhead City

Bullhead City, Arizona

Average Property Tax: $884

Median Household Income: $41,507
