Lakes at Las Vegas is one of multiple master planned communities located in Henderson, which is just southeast of Las Vegas. Summerlin
Situated 10 miles west of downtown Las Vegas, Summerlin is tucked along the edge of the Red Rock Canyon National Park. KB Home leads development in Summerlin, with multiple communities, including the Bristle Vale Collection I and Collection II.
Folks have their pick of over 20 floor plans, with prices ranging from the mid $300’s to mid $400’s.
