For the 2018-19 academic year, Whitestone received an overall A on their annual report card.

Students move on to middle school at either Running Brushy or Leander Middle School. Both schools have received B rankings for the 2018-19 academic year. Roughly 1,000 students enroll annually as Leander Tigers.
Running Brushy Middle School is located at 2303 Lakeline Boulevard in Cedar Park. The school received an overall B for the 2018-19 academic year, and around 1,200 students enroll as Running Brushy Cougars each year.
